Our 2025 Pét-Nat Rosé is an expressive, naturally sparkling wine that captures the energy of early harvest fruit and the purity of our Banks Peninsula vineyard.
 
Made using the méthode ancestrale, this wine completes its fermentation in bottle, creating a gentle, natural sparkle without additives or intervention. The result is a rosé that feels fresh, vibrant, and effortlessly celebratory — perfect for relaxed summer moments and shared occasions.
 
On the nose, expect bright red berries, wild strawberry, and hints of citrus zest, followed by a lively palate with fine bubbles, crisp acidity, and a clean, dry finish. There’s an unmistakable sense of freshness and texture that keeps each sip light, refreshing, and moreish.
This wine is organically grown, produced in small quantities, and bottled early to preserve its natural energy. Slightly cloudy by nature, it’s a reminder that this wine is alive — evolving in the glass and designed to be enjoyed young.
