Gift Voucher Terms & Conditions

 

  1. Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of issue. Expired vouchers will not be accepted.

  2. Vouchers cannot be redeemed for cash, either in whole or in part, and no change or credit will be given for any unused balance.

  3. Vouchers may be redeemed for wine purchases made online, or for wine tastings, platters, and any purchases made at our cellar door. They cannot be redeemed against our accommodation.

  4. Vouchers must be presented at the time of redemption.

  5. Lost, stolen, or damaged vouchers will not be replaced or refunded.

  6. Vouchers are non-transferable and may not be resold or exchanged.

  7. The use of a gift voucher constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

  8. The issuer reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.
